Optional
Retirement Program (ORP) is an option or alternative to the Teachers' and State
Employees' Retirement System for EPA Faculty
and EPA Non-Faculty employees. This program provides monthly retirement benefits based on
total monetary contributions. With ORP, the employee selects the carrier and the investments, and the destination of both the employee and employer contributions.
Employee contributions are made through a pre-tax payroll deduction and can be allocated to whichever investment you select.
